Lemon and Jumping

Wow!!  This outline is helping me SO much!!!  I have not done it perfect even one day, but I have done excellent!!!  My vegetable consumption has greatly increased, and my sugar intake has decreased and my emotions are balancing out.  I started one other thing that is not listed in my plan.  In the first few days I started jumping, like I had a jumprope and it moved my lymph so much it helped me process through my yucky emotions!  I also am drinking a few drops of doTERRA's lemon oil throughout the day, and rubbing it behind my ears and over my abdomen.  Anytime I feel the heaviness of depression I  throw back 2-3 drops of lemon with water and then Jump 200 times.  I feel so much better afterwards!
